It is made of Timber and cured resin, so damage is rare and because both materials are worked by hand, the grain runs differently through every board and the resin settles its own way each time. Two boards of the same design will never be quite identical.

Christmas cut-off: 10 November. Order on or before that date and your board arrives in time.
Made to order. The timber is cut and the resin poured, which is why it takes 3 to 4 weeks before it ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, and that's also why no two come out the same.

30-day returns from the day your delivery is scanned. Changed your mind — including “it isn't quite right for my kitchen” — send it back unused and undamaged, no explanation needed. Return postage is yours, and we refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
Damaged, faulty, or missing pieces: email us within 30 days with a photo or a short video and we'll send a replacement, usually without needing the original back.

By 10 November. Each board takes 3 to 4 weeks to make, then there's delivery on top. The 10 November date already has a buffer built into it, so your board turns up comfortably before Christmas rather than in the last panicked week.

That's the idea behind it. Most Christmas gifts either get eaten or get put in a drawer. A board goes out on the bench every December, and stays useful the rest of the year, which is a rarer thing for something seasonal.

Each board is wrapped and boxed for transit, and every order is tracked. Timber and cured resin both handle posting well, so damage is rare. If yours does arrive damaged, photograph it before unpacking any further and email us within 30 days — we'll replace it and cover the postage.
