Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is mispriced, if we can't verify your details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Made-to-order goods

Boards are made individually after you order. Because the timber and resin are natural and hand-poured, the grain, colour and pattern of your board will differ slightly from the photographs on this site. Product images are representative, not exact. Variation between boards is a normal feature of the material and not a defect.

Dimensions listed are approximate and may vary by a small tolerance.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us photographs or reviews, you give us permission to display them on this site and our social channels. You confirm the content is yours to give.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
