Made to order

Your board doesn't exist when you order it. The timber is cut and the resin is poured for that order, then it needs to cure and be finished by hand.

Production takes 3 to 4 weeks before your board ships. Delivery time is on top of that.

This is the trade for something made individually rather than pulled off a shelf, and it's the reason no two boards come out the same. If you need something this week, we're not the right shop and we'd rather say so now.

Christmas cut-off — 10 November

Order on or before 10 November and your board will arrive in time for Christmas.

That date already has a buffer built into it. It accounts for up to 4 weeks of production, delivery time, and a margin for the December postal rush.

After 10 November we can't promise Christmas delivery. You're welcome to order — we just won't pretend it'll make it.

Shipping cost

Free shipping worldwide and optional priority delivery. 

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking when your board ships. If tracking hasn't updated in five business days, email through the Contact Us page and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

We send to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, email us through the contact page as soon as you can — we can usually change it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address, we can't recover it and a replacement would need to be a new order.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the board before you unpack any further, and email us through the contact page within 30 days. See the Refund Policy — we'll replace it.
